Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation has given Krystal Integrated Services Limited, a top provider of facilities management and labour services, three work orders totalling Rs. 275 crore for solid waste management. In accordance with the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016 for Prabhag C, Prabhag F, and Prabhag G, the project is for door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste, including street cleaning and transportation to specified places.
Work order for Prabhag C with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1985/2026 is estimated at Rs. 83 crore. Work order for Prabhag F with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1986/2026 is estimated at Rs. 111 crore and the work order for Prabhag G with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1987/2026 is estimated at Rs. 81 crore respectively.
On January 12, 2026, the corporation got Work Orders for all contracts dated January 09, 2026. The agreement is valid for five years.
The Director of Medical Education in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, awarded a facility management contract worth Rs. 168 crore in September 2025, and the Commissionerate of Social Welfare in Pune awarded a contract worth Rs. 370 crore for mechanized housekeeping and outsourced labor services.
The Director of Medical Education (DME), Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, awarded the company a facility management contract on September 16, 2025, for the provision of sanitation (housekeeping) services for hospitals and institutions under DME’s authority under Package-I. The deal is roughly worth Rs. 168 crore and it is valid for three years.
Additionally, the Commissionerate of Social Welfare in Pune awarded the company a five-year contract for Rs. 370 crore to provide mechanized cleaning and outsourced labor services. The project encompasses the welfare institutions in Maharashtra that serve disadvantaged groups, elderly residents, and students, including hostels, residential schools, old age homes, training facilities, and administrative buildings.
In order to continue building, operating, and maintaining inland waterways, harbors, ports, jetties, docks, canals, etc., the company recently established subsidiaries, Krystal Ports and Harbour Private Ltd. In order to continue planning, designing, developing, building, running, and maintaining water resource projects, such as water supply systems, irrigation systems, water treatment plants, desalination plants, wastewater and sewage treatment plants, etc., Krystal Water Resources Private Ltd was also incorporated.
In terms of financial performance, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. performed exceptionally well in FY25, which ended on March 31, 2025. The company’s net profit for FY25 jumped by 28% to Rs 63 crore from Rs 49 crore in FY24. Compared to Rs 1022 crore in FY24, sales increased 18.67% to Rs 1213 crore in the year that ended in March 2025. The firm recorded net profit of Rs. 16.43 crore and revenue from operations of Rs. 323 crore for the first quarter of FY26, a 25.6% year-on-year growth.
