Several
parts
of
Hyderabad
will
experience
scheduled
power
outages
today
as
electricity
officials
undertake
routine
maintenance
activities
across
the
city.
The
planned
shutdowns
will
impact
select
localities
under
the
Banjara
Hills
ADE
and
Greenlands
ADE
divisions
at
different
time
intervals
during
the
day.

Officials
stated
that
these
temporary
power
interruptions
are
part
of
a
routine
maintenance
programme
aimed
at
strengthening
feeders
and
related
electrical
infrastructure.
Households,
offices
and
commercial
establishments
in
the
affected
areas
may
face
inconvenience
during
the
scheduled
hours
and
are
advised
to
plan
daily
activities
accordingly.

Reason
for
today’s
power
shutdown

According
to
officials,
the
scheduled
power
outages
are
being
carried
out
to
facilitate
preventive
maintenance
of
key
electrical
feeders
and
associated
equipment.
The
objective
is
to
reduce
technical
faults,
prevent
sudden
breakdowns
and
ensure
a
more
stable
electricity
supply
during

in
Hyderabad.

for

in
the

have
been

advance.
Businesses
are
encouraged

the

Officials
