Cheryl Burke Addresses “Body-Shaming” Comments After Dancing With the Stars Appearance
Cheryl Burke is waltzing away from the haters.
The Dancing With the Stars alum addressed criticism she received about her looks, specifically when it comes to how her eyebrows are shaped.
“For those that keep saying, ‘Why do I have my eyebrows going all the way down to my cheeks?’ This is just my bone structure on my face,” Cheryl said in a Feb. 19 Instagram video. “I have sunken in temples.”
The 41-year-old added that she has debated getting filler in her face and while she’s leaning towards a yes, she hopes it will stop being a topic of conversation, asking those who criticized her look to “back off.”
“I realize that my temples are sunken in,” Cheryl said. “So it is what it is for now until I decide to pull the trigger and get filler. Until then, focus on your own face.”
The dancing pro once again reiterated that she doesn’t draw her eyebrows “all the way down to my cheeks,” but pointed to the “shadow” from her “sunken-in temples.”
