A burglary involving jewellery worth nearly ₹2 crore has been reported from the historic Kowdiar Palace in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Peroorkada police registered a case based on a complaint filed by Aswathi Thirunal Gouri Lakshmi Bayi, member of the erstwhile Travancore royal family, on Saturday (March 14).
