The Oscars 2026 have been gifted: Chris Evans and Alba Baptista are in attendance.
Nearly six months after the Gifted star and his wife welcomed their baby girl in October, the couple stepped out for the first time at the Academy Awards.
In a rare red carpet moment, Chris sported a classic black tux, but added his own twist with circular shades. Meanwhile, Alba sported a silver dress with off-the-shoulder sleeves and a blue necklace. (See every star on the red carpet here.)
And while Chris’ latest acclaimed film, Materialists, which he starred in alongside Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal, isn’t up for any major awards at the March 15 ceremony, the 44-year-old is set to present alongside Chase Infiniti, Paul Mescal, Anne Hathaway and more celebs. Chris and Alba’s big moment also comes after more than a year of operating under the radar. Leading up to he and his wife welcoming their daughter—whose name is Alma Grace Baptista Evans, multiple outlets have reported—he shared how he and his wife were spending their time.
