Since her last album, 2024’s This Is How Tomorrow Moves, Beabadoobee has opened for Sabrina Carpenter in her London hometown, notched a few modeling gigs, and most recently contributed to War Child’s HELP(2) benefit compilation. It’s about time for a new Beabadoobee album, and it looks like one is imminent: Today she’s sharing the new single “All I Did Was Dream Of You” featuring the Marías.
The pining “All I Did Was Dream Of You” has plenty of the hazy, vaporous production style you’d expect from a Marías team-up, but it also has some of the most punchy, alt rock-inspired guitars we’ve heard from Beabadoobee yet. The sound pairs well with the track’s ultra-stylish video, co-directed between Jake Erland and AboveGround and filmed in Lithuania in the middle of winter. Check it out below.
