Indeed, at that time, Brad had not yet landed his breakout part in Thelma and Louise, which wouldn’t come out until 1991. Meanwhile, Christina was a few years into her iconic Married…With Children role, which premiered in 1987.
“It gets worse,” Christina continued. “Brad was left to sullenly drive my mom and Lori home. Apparently, at a gas station on the way, Brad almost got into a fight with a bunch of gang members, and, not surprisingly, was subsequently very mad at me.”
As she put it, “We didn’t talk for many years after that.”
Years after the relationship-breaking evening, though, Christina—who went on in her memoir to confirm she never had an actual romance with Sebastian—and Brad are on much better terms.
“Eventually, we agreed that I’d been a kid,” she noted, “and though he’d deserved much better, it was time to forgive the child who dumped him for the lead singer of Skid Row.”
