Smart
Policing
Patel

smart

and

force

newly-appointed
candidates.

the

police

them

evils.
He
stated
that
the
uniform
symbolises
their
power
to
serve
and
protect
citizens
under
all
circumstances.
Sanghavi
encouraged
recruits
to
work
with
renewed
energy
and
enthusiasm
to
uphold
the
dignity
and
honour
of
their
uniform.
He
advised
them
to
remain
connected
to
their
communities
as
ordinary
citizens
even
after
donning
the
uniform.

they

and

Transparent
Posting
Process
For
the
first
time
in
Gujarat,
selected
candidates
will
have
a
say
in
their
preferred
district
for
posting.
Sanghavi
explained
that
transparent
rules
have
been
established
to
facilitate
postings
in
home
or
nearby
districts
whenever
possible.
This
approach
aims
to
accommodate
personal
preferences
while
maintaining
operational
efficiency.
Additionally,
preparations
are
underway
for
conducting
physical
tests
for
new
recruitment
by
January’s
end.
This
step
is
part
of
ongoing
efforts
to
streamline
recruitment
processes
and
ensure

in
selecting
candidates
for
various
roles
within
the
police
force.
The
