The agreement marks a major step forward for Jax, 46, and Brittany, 37, who have been battling it out for nearly two years since breaking up.
Last summer, Brittany painted a grim picture of their “horrible” divorce amid ongoing disagreements. However, the Kentucky native applauded Jax’s decision to not return for season three of The Valley, saying, “That was a great decision by everyone.”
Around the same time, Jax issued a public apology for his bad behavior, which aired on season two of the Bravo series, after completing rehab for substance abuse and mental health issues.
“Nobody should ever have to deal with the way I acted,” he said during a June 2025 interview on Watch What Happens Live. “Nobody should ever have to deal with, you know, verbal abuse from anybody. I’m really sorry that people had to see all that.”
