his

Government
is
prima
facie
satisfied
that
it

necessary
to
place
Dr
K.
Ramachandra
Rao,
Director
General
of
Police,
Directorate

Rights
Enforcement,
under
suspension
with
immediate
effect,

inquiry,”

read.

the
suspension,
Rao
is

permitted

leave
headquarters
under
any
circumstances

the
