rank
in
the

e-Governance
evaluation
conducted
under
the
Hon’ble
Chief
Minister’s
150-Day
Programme.
The
Maharashtra
Pollution
Control
Board
(MPCB)
attained
the
fifth
rank
in
the
e-Governance
evaluation
under
the
Chief
Minister’s
150-Day
Programme,
assessed
by
the
Quality
Council
of
India
among
97
Maharashtra
government
bodies
and
announced
on
Republic
Day.
This
recognition
acknowledges
the
MPCB’s
efforts
in
digital
transformation,
led
by
Shri
M.
Devender
Singh,
IAS,
and
Shri
Siddheshji
Kadam,
enhancing
environmental
governance
and
citizen-centric
service
delivery.
Competing
with
97
boards,
corporations
and
authorities
across
Maharashtra,
MPCB
recorded
a
strong
performance
in
the
e-Governance
category
analysis.
This
achievement
reflects
the
Board’s
sustained
commitment
to
digital
transformation,
technology-driven
administration
and
citizen-centric
service
delivery,
aimed
at
enhancing
transparency
and
accountability
for
stakeholders
across
the
state.

The
success
has
been
largely
attributed
to
the
leadership
of
the
Hon’ble
Member
Secretary,
Mr.

Devender

IAS,

the
presentation

MPCB’s
e-Governance
initiatives
during
the
evaluation
process
and
aligned
the
Board’s
digital
roadmap
with
the
objectives
of
the
Chief
Minister’s
programme.

officers

staff

strengthening
digital

and

Guidance

The
continuous
guidance
and
supervision
of
the
Hon’ble
Chairman,
Mr.
Siddheshji
Kadam,
provided
crucial
support
to
the
IT
Department
and
other
teams
involved
in
the
evaluation.
His
oversight
ensured
effective
coordination
during
audits,
data
analysis
and
technical
presentations,
helping
the
Board
meet
all
stringent
assessment
criteria.
