A mega private sector job fair is scheduled to be held under the aegis of the district administration, the District Employment and Guidance Cell, and the Tamil Nadu State Rural and Urban Livelihood Mission at R.K.S. College of Arts and Science in Kallakurichi from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on January 10.
According to the administration, over 150 companies are expected to participate in the fair. Aspirants who have passed Class 8, and graduates, postgraduates, and diploma holders are eligible to take part. The administration has also clarified that those who have registered for jobs with the employment office will not lose their rank in the waiting order in case they get recruited through the job fair.
