students.
Dhan
Singh
Rawat,
the
state’s
Medical
and
Medical
Education
Minister,
expressed
his
dismay
over
the
incident,
describing
it
as
extremely
unfortunate.
He
instructed
the
college
principal
to
conduct
a
thorough
investigation
and
enforce
strict
measures
to
prevent
future
occurrences.
